The chassis is a Dodge RAM ProMaster 3500 Window Van with a Bike Rack on Rear Door included. Oversized 12V Refrigerator with Separate Freezer. Two Burner Gas Cooktop, Convection Microwave Oven. 190 W Solar with 2 Lithium-Ion batteries. Fully automatic awning gives you shade under the sun. This RV is fully loaded and ready to hit the road! NO Smoking Inside. Extra $300.00 charge to clean if returned with smoke odor. I bought this class B brand new and have only used it once, for a wine tasting weekend in Paso Robles. Rental Rules / How you could lose your deposit: •All drivers must be 25 years or older and approved •No Smoking, No Vaping inside RV •Off-Roading not permitted (Ok for paved roads & highly improved dirt roads) •Snow Chains prohibited •No climbing on the roof •Roof Rack not to be used •Please use only the supplied (RV/Marine Ready) toilet paper for toilet and NO personal wipes. Please do not flush, Kleenex, feminine products or similar. •No grease down kitchen sink •Wash off sand and mud with outside hose (stored in rear of camper) before entering camper •No border crossings (Mexico & Canada) •All pet needs to be declared and approved (only small pets allowed) •If extensive cleaning is needed, you will be charged an added cleaning fee with a minimum fee of $100.00 •Please return gas tank full (otherwise a charge of $10.00 per gallon will apply) •Please return propane full (otherwise a charge of $35.00 will apply) •Any lost or damaged items will be charged a replacement fee at market value (our cost)
