*Jeep owners camper special! Sleeps 3 people comfortably ( 1 queen bed, 1 couch that is more fit for a kid or teenager). Can be 4 if you make a pallet on the floor or bring a cot with you. This is a brand-new trailer. We have stocked the kitchen and bathroom with the needed necessities. We have also added a queen size 6-inch cushion to the bed for added comfort. With this unit all you will need to bring is your own personal necessities and food. Kitchen includes a 2-burner stove top, refrigerator, microwave, and all your basic kitchen utensils. The bathroom does have a toilet and shower along with a linen closet with towels and washcloths. Bathroom is also stocked with your basic necessities. Stay cool or cold at night with a roof top ac unit that will keep it as cool as you need it for comfort. There are 2 vents in the ceiling one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom with exhaust fans. This camper also has a gas fireplace in the kitchen if you just wanted to sit on the couch with a little fire scene. We truly hope you enjoy your outing with the camper. Hope you make some great memories along the way. Renter is 100% reliable for any damage or misuse resulting in damage to any part of the camper. We do require you to get rid of all trash in a trash receptacle and clean the camper to the condition you received it. This does NOT include provided bed linens or bath towels and washcloths. We ask that and dirtied linens, washcloths be piled in the floor of the shower. All tanks are to be drained or there will be an additional charge. Do NOT drive with any water in the holding tanks!
