We include toilet paper, bedding, blankets and towels, all washed after each rental (we can leave in or you can bring your own), soap, cookware, dishes and utensils. Camp site with 50 or 30 amp hook up or generator of 3000w+ needed to run A/C, microwave, toaster, hair dryer etc. No smoking but pets allowed for responsible pet owners.
