Brand new 2024 Jayco JayFeather 29QBH, 36ft travel trailer fully equipped and furnished for all types of camping for you and your family to make the best memories outdoors- a home away from home. It features a power awning with LED lights to brighten your nights and keep you protected from the elements, a generator to aid with dry camping, 3 burner stove top, above range microwave, large sink, a couch that folds into a full bed as well as a booth dinette that converts into a full bed, and rear private bunkhouse with 3 bunks and a couch that folds into a full bed that can each easily fit an adult with room to spare along with plenty of in bunkhouse storage. Built-in surround sound speakers both inside and outside powered by a Bluetooth stereo, central AC and heat controlled with a digital thermostat, a full RV size refrigerator, a front private Queen bedroom with triple wardrobe and overhead storage along with additional under bed drawers for even more storage space. A full bathroom with a large standing shower stocked with plenty of towels and RV toilet paper for your trip. Each room has its own smart TV for plenty of downtime entertainment. There is an abundance of cabinet and pantry space stocked with a mini Keurig, coffee mugs, air fryer, mini blender, plates, bowls, cups, children’s cups with lids and straws, pots, pans, baking pans, silverware, knives, cutting boards and cooking utensils. All linens and pillows will be provided unless otherwise requested. The outside kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, griddle and outside shower to hose off after an activity. *This trailer comes Wi-Fi ready for your entertainment. If traveling to a full hook-up camp site your campground should have Wi-Fi accommodations. This trailer does not have it’s own Wi-Fi router. Please note, this travel trailer is professionally cleaned after each use. The prep fee covers; professional cleaning, sanitizing, and required maintenance checks as well as black tank/sewage cleaning and, dumping/flushing the system. **3 night minimum for all major holidays *** Single day rentals; ok with add-on cleaning single day use. **Festival, tailgating parties and like events fees may apply(please ask for more info) **Late return fees may apply($25/hr OR $50 flat rate with prior add-on option upon owner approval) **Holiday delivery, pick up available. (Additional fees may apply)** **May not return on a Holiday unless approved by owner (Additional fees may apply)** **All fees associated with the delivery and pick up of the camper (i.e. state park entry fee, etc.) are the responsibility of the renter. *** Delivery time or pick up (if towing) is 4pm unless add on for early reservation is requested and approved. Monday-Thursday pick up or drop off is 4pm (unless earlier time is approved) Friday-Sunday pick up or drop off is 12pm noon. Generator is available for dry camping at an additional cost of $35/per day. (Initial full tank is included). The generator is capable of running all of the travel trailer electric features simultaneously even while using the central AC or heat. *Delivery options available for a fee* *Dry camping will require a 3200 or 4500 generator with a 30 amp service. One is available for a nightly fee. *Early pick up and late drop off available. Prior arrangements must be made and approved. **Towing information** -Weight distribution hitch and friction bar is included for a safe worry free drive. -Your vehicle requires a trailer brake assist.(Most new trucks\SUVs are built with them from the factory). -No low profile or lowered vehicles are allowed to tow this trailer. *No pets allowed.
