Glamping with the Family

This is a family owned RV with a queen bedroom and bunk house, perfect for a family get away. Camper does sleep up to 10. Sleeping a family with kids 6-8 comfortably and sleeps 4-5 adults comfortably. The sofa pulls out and is great for younger campers. KITCHEN: Small Keurig Coffee machine, toaster, sugar, creamer, coffee cups, plastic plates/bowls & cups. Silverware: forks/spoons/knives, paper towels, kitchen linens, pots/pans, cast iron griddle & pans, cooking utensils, grilling utensils, can opener, scrubbing sponge, oven mitt. LINENS & BEDDING: - Kitchen linens are provided, includes paper towels (1 on roll & min. 1 extra) - Bath towels, hand towels, & wash cloths - Clean Queen bedding provided (4-pillows total: 2 w/pillow cases, 2 w/shams) - Mattress protectors w/ fitted sheets provided for bunk house beds and table bed. ** There are no top linens for bunk house, table bed, or pull out couch. It is recommended bringing sleeping bags (we offer sleeping bags at additional cost). - 4 pillows w/pillow cases in bunk house. WE WILL DELIVER: This service includes delivery, hook up, take down and dumping the trailer up to a 100-mile radius of where camper is stored (San Antonio area-78253) - $200 delivery fee. - $3/mile over 100-miles, up to 250-miles (This covers travel & expenses both ways). - $75 dump fee ONLY if you are staying at a location without a dump station. IF YOU TOW. Please message me and verify that you have the right vehicle to tow and experience towing. Renter is expected to dump and clean Gray & Black tanks. No towing vehicles with a lift kit. If you would like us to empty the tanks, please add the $125 dump fee add on.
