Beautiful 2022 Grand Design with Master Bed Slide-out and Bunk Bed/Couch

Enjoy this one-year-old Grand Design Travel Trailer with a unique and functional floor plan that is perfect for families and guests. The private master bedroom has its own slideout with a queen-sized bed and memory-form mattress pad. The master also boasts a TV, dresser drawers, closets, and under-bed storage. The dining area has its own slideout and boasts a U-shaped dinette that doubles as a bed. The kitchen has great counter space with an oven, microwave, cooking range with a hood, and off-the-grid refrigerator/freezer. The living area has its own TV and Bluetooth speaker system with exterior speakers. What we love the most about this floor plan is the super functional bunk bed system. The lower "bed" can function as a couch with a single bed behind it, or the couch can fold down to create a queen-sized bed. The upper bunk is oversized, has a ladder to the top, and is on hydraulic arms so that it can be tilted up and out of the way to make more headroom for the couch during the day. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, shower, vent/fan, and medicine cabinet. The bathroom is located between the living area and the master bedroom and has separate sliding doors to create privacy from both. This awesome trailer has AC/heat with a thermostat for those chilly mornings or hot afternoons. It also has a roof-mounted solar panel to keep both batteries charged. Two propane tanks are included for those long, off-the-grid camping trips. The water heater has the option of being heated by electricity when at a full hookup campground, or propane when camping off-the-grid. There is a full-width storage area up front and a large storage area in the back underneath the master bed slide-out. There is a push-button electric jack as well as an anti-sway bar tow included to hook up to your trailer hitch. This provides a smooth and safe towing experience. Finally, there is one large black water tank and two grey water tanks. We include all pots, pans, utensils, sheets, pillows, comforters, and basic cooking supplies.
