An easy to drive, park unit that can sleep up to 7. Great gas mileage and plenty of power to get you to your destination be it steep mountains or flat desert highways. Equipped with camp essentials; chairs, grass mats, pots & pans, utensils, small blender, griddle, Keurig single serve, towels, fresh queen bed linens, gas barbeque, Dutch oven. Unit has one queen bed, one jackknife bed, one dinette conversion bed, one small over cab bunk which is always the popular choice for the little ones. There are 3 TVs, master bedroom equipped with Amazon fire stick, living area over dinette equipped with Roku, and one on exterior of the unit, along with a sound bar inside and outside. The electronics, lights, awning, slides, fans, furnace & a/c, tank monitors can all be managed and controlled through a simple App on your phone called One Control or in various locations in the unit or via the onboard touch control panel. Generator is a super quiet detached, portable unit with remote control start (up to 100') or push button. Runs on Gas or propane, with unlimited hours for those boondock trips. RV comes with a Discovery Pass allowing you entrance to many WA Day use Parks. I'm happy to deliver and setup the unit at any of our numerous close by parks. Message me for details.
