**I am in compliance with the State parks to deliver!** This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom travel trailer allows for so much room. Your family will be able to enjoy your vacation while feeling right at home. The outdoor kitchen, stereo, and grill make cooking and entertaining so much fun! Let us handle the hassle of delivery, setting up and taking down. We will accommodate as best we can for delivery time frame. This will allow you to have an stress-free stay. Please make sure the lot can accommodate 36 feet for the travel trailer. Full hookup is recommended for the best camping experience. Any stay over 3 days is required for a full hook up. The outdoor kitchen contains a sink, counter, storage, mini fridge and grill. The rules: This travel trailer is not to be moved from where it is delivered and the jacks must not be adjusted by the renter. No feminine products or other materials be flushed down the toilet(other than toilet paper that’s provided). Outer storage doors are to be closed up at night. Should any damages occur to the awning, the responsibility falls on the renter as it is not covered by insurance. No smoking(of any kind) in or near the camper. If smoking is suspected a $250 fee will be deducted from deposit. No pets. If pets are suspected, a $150 fee will be deducted from deposit.
