Overview
Coming from a 32 ft, gas RV that got 5 mpg... the 23 footer Mercedes Diesel is the way to go! This RV is really easy to drive, and gets an AMAZING 17 mpg. It's great for local travel and longer road trips. You will save hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in gas (we learned this the hard way).
Check out our telescope, camping chair, and bike rack add-ons!
We are located in Loveland, Colorado which is conveniently located 45 minutes from Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park, 45 minutes from Boulder, 55 minutes from DEN Airport, and 15 minutes from the FNL Airport.
If you're flying in, the Landline Shuttle service between DEN and FNL is awesome! It costs about $30 and drops you off in Loveland at the FNL Airport where we can have the RV waiting for your arrival for a $75 delivery fee. Otherwise, from the FNL airport, our pickup locating is roughly 15 minutes away and an easy Uber ride.
This RV sleeps 2 adults up top, has a dinette that converts to a twin size bed, and an extra 6" memory foam single size mattress included for above the storage chest, sleeping up to 4 adults comfortably, with a full bathroom separated by a sliding door. The bathroom contains a toilet, bidet, shower, sink, medicine cabinet, and closet.
The kitchen includes a stainless steal sink, cooktop, microwave that serves as a convection oven, and a brand new 2024 stainless steel refrigerator that operates off of propane or plugged-in electric.
We just got back from seeing the 2024 Solar Eclipse in this RV, and loved every minute of it! It's short, easy to navigate, and great on gas! We enjoy sharing our love for astronomy with others. We have a $700 computerized telescope available as an add-on. It will locate and track many different star systems, planets, galaxies, etc. Luckily, dark skies are still available in Colorado. Twin Lakes near Leadville, and Crestone are two areas that have the darkest skies around for amazing telescope viewing.
We intentionally removed the TV/DVD player from our RV as most people use their tablets these days anyway. However, when we leave the screens at home, as we've noticed it helps our family connect more deeply with each other and nature. We hope you experience the same!
