Any damages to the awning will be deducted from the security deposit. *Please note: If trailer is brought back or left excessively dirty. Inside or out, there will be an additional $75 fee added on top off the mandatory $75 cleaning fee. Also, If bedding is stained or returned ripped/damaged an additional charge of $20 per item will also be applied. *Please note: There will be a $150 charge to empty waste tanks if not done prior to drop off. (This applies to renters towing the RV) *Please note: We expect that you refill propane tanks before returning unless you choose for us to handle that for you for an additional fee. *Please note: RV toilet paper is the only toilet paper that will be allowed to use. If other toilet paper, wipes or objects are found there will be additional cleaning fees up to $200. *** We have a few complementary items: 1 package of bottled water, Coffee K-cups, Hot Cocoa K-cups, Sugar, cream cups, S’mores Kit. ** We offer FREE Walmart pick up, upon request, we can have your food stocked and ready for your trip!
