Introducing the Ultimate RV Experience! ***2025 Update*** As we move into our second year, providing you with exceptional customer service and the best pricing in class, we have carefully compiled notes below from lessons learned and new updates for this new year: -As of Jan 31st, 2025, we no longer offer delivery of our RV. We can only support in-person exchanges OR contactless handovers for our more experienced RV goers. -We provide you with our RV hitch, an anti-sway multi-point to help with those pesky gusts of wind and a smoother ride to and from your vacation destination. Make sure your tow vehicle is capable of 1.5"-3" receiver docking. -Our RV does NOT come with a generator currently. We are working to bring that asset back and will update here accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Updated FAQs: Q: What is the general overview of the RV? A: Our RV has one master bedroom with a big queen-sized bed and dedicated AC unit which sleeps two. Our bunkhouse has two beds, a twin and a full. The dinette converts into another twin/full sized bed. The comfort area has two seats with built-in heaters and vibrating massagers. There is an electric fireplace which provides heat for those chilly nights, and a propane HVAC system that can handle sub-zero degree weather. There is a full kitchen with basic essentials to cook your own meals in our propane powered oven and stove top. We also have a full-sized fridge and microwave. There is an outdoor kitchen with another mini fridge for your favorite beverages and that day’s BBQ lunch. There is also a sink and some storage in the outdoor kitchen to allow your all you need to prep your meals and enjoy the outdoors! Q: Does this unit have a generator? A: At this time we do not offer a generator. We are working diligently to be able to provide this asset. If you do require a generator, a 10k or above is recommended. The RV will operate lights and sounds with a smaller generator, but the HVAC system will not run without a 10k. Q: How much waste does the holding tanks hold? A: Both black water and gray water tanks hold up to 70 gallons of waste in each. Black water is what is flushed from the toilets, and gray water comes from the sinks and shower. We advertise 50 gallon holding capacity to ensure our RV tanks are not overfilled and protect our in-tank level sensors. We require you to return the RV with empty tanks. There is a fee associated with the RV being returned filled with waste. Q: Does the RV come with water in the fresh water holding tank? A: We are more than happy to assist you in filling the fresh water holding tank at time of pick up at the adjacent Fort Bliss RV Park. Once we get you hooked up, we will escort you to the fill station. No ID is required. Q: Do you offer a discount for military, first responders, or anyone else? A: Although our prices are substantially lower than other RVs in its class, we always work with our heroes to offer better pricing. Just shoot us a message either before OR after and we can adjust the reservation. Q: Do you offer contracts? A: For businesses or other entities interested in contracting with us, we are more than happy to do so. We have contracted before with companies needing the RV for extended stays. In this case, we always ask that you message us ahead of time to allow us time to develop the contract and present the terms. Q: Do you offer discounted monthly rates? A: YES! For those in need of month-to-month accommodations, we provide a heavy discount for stability. Q: Do I require insurance? When booking through a hosting service, you will be required to purchase their insurance. Trust us, even the most experienced RV goers have accidents too. RV repairs can be simple, but expensive. For example, we worked with a couple who needed an extra RV for an RV getaway at their own RV park.
