Home is where your Heart is... Welcome to our Heartland camper, or we like to say the "heart of the smokies camper"! Look no further if you're looking to enjoy a western North Carolina campground in a camper. This travel trailer is a lightweight, "just right" sized, family camper (with private main bed) that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized private bedroom (with a brand new mattress - not the flimsy ones that come with a camper!), 2 full-sized bunks, and a convertible kitchen dinette. Other features include a built-in central vac, bathtub (great if you have a little one), safety net on bottom bunk (again, great for a smaller child if needed - this is not "child-proof", the latches are very easy to push open for release), an outdoor mini fridge with a sink and 2 burner stove, LED awning and LED step lighting, an electric tongue jack, electric stabilizers, TWO 20 lb. propane tanks, gas/electric indoor fridge, and a gas/electric water heater. After you're done hiking, exploring, or jumping in a local watering hole you can wash off in the outdoor shower. Creek towels included! We also offer a variety of Add-Ons that you will certainly enjoy if chosen! Be sure to check those out before you check out. If you're looking for some adventuring or just some chill time to enjoy our Great Smoky Mountains - this camper will have everything you could possibly need. We've got you covered in the summer heat with A/C (requires hook ups or generator to run A/C - be sure to add the generator “add on” if you're going unplugged and want A/C), and in the winter with a heating system that works off either electric power or via gas (2 20 lb. tanks included to get you through if needed)!
