Brand new modern rv, easy setup, plenty of space, everything needed to setup the rv is included, there is 1 smart tv in the living room, and 1 additional smart tv that can be mounted on the exterior under the awning, led lights on the outside to light up the campsite at night, outdoor kitchen with grill, mini fridge, and sprayport with hot/cold water, convientant acces to the bathroom through the rear exterior door. NO bedding will be provided you will need to bring your own. Delivery for a fee if my schedule allows it. Pets are ok as long as they are house trained, there is 2 full size bunks in the rear, 2 recliners in the living room, the dining table converts to a bed, and a queen size bed in the private master upfront, plenty of storage throughout. NO smoking, vaping, or use of illegal drugs. (any sign of this will result in a fee of $250) plates, bowls , cups will be included, 4 camping chairs will be included as well. basic cooking/kitchen utensils are stocked in the rv. A weight distribution hitch is included for use with the rv.
