Welcome to a great family camper. Upgraded solid step main entry steps. Sleeps 10, but 8 comfortably (I don't recommend having someone sleep on dinette). For the parents separate bedroom with sliding door, full size queen bed (not the short rv type) with foam mattress topper. Wall mounted ceiling fan better air circulation. For the kids double over double bunks and a double pull out sofa. Mattress topper available for pull out. Two exterior doors with secondary door leading directly to the washroom, which is great for the kids and keeping the trailer clean. Bathroom has tub, great for little ones, and shower. Trailer supplied with 4 rolls of RV toilet paper. TV with DVD player directly across from the couch, no awkward angles, perfect for when the kids need a rest from all the outdoor fun. Outdoor sink to keep hands clean and limit the trailer doors opening, letting in bugs and the cold air out. Kitchen stocked with basic items needed, including pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, toaster, single serve coffee maker (bring your own K cups). Fridge and freezer. Kitchen towels available. Plenty of storage, corner pantry, closet in main bedroom, hidden storage behind TV and two larger cupboards beside TV. You will need to bring bath/swim towels, pillows and bed linens, queen for master bed, double for pull out couch. Double over double bunks will fit double sheets (not rectangle, corner notched) I recommend sleeping bags for kids. Bike rack available on front of trailer that holds 2 bikes. Both bunks fold up to fit larger items, including bikes. Some games and deck of cards in trailer. I have axe throwing, giant tic-tac-toe and giant sorry available on request. Our trailer provided countless great memories for our kids, who have unfortunately grown up and their busy lives make it tough to camp much. Now it's your turn to make memories for your family. 24" Blackstone available as add-on. Comes with hose to connect to trailer propane (no extra little bottles to buy). Wireless backup camera available. This is a big trailer, you must be confident and capable to tow and park. Delivery is available and highly recommended.
