To take the chill off turn on the electric fireplace which is under the 43" TV and Furion Radio/CD station. Equiped with Gas Furnace and Water Heater (6 gallons is propane/ Electric. Keurig and Icemaker! Bedroom has an RV King bed with a built in dog crate below. The toy hauler/bunk is 6 ft long x 7ft wide x 11 ft high and has 2 twin beds on the wall that fold down 28"x74" and 34 x 74" Option available to have the trailer set up at your campsite for a fee if you dont have a truck capable of pulling up to 9000 lbs. Insurance required. Recommend drive through campsites if you are not experienced with backing up a trailer
