New to Camping? No problem! This RV is easy to drive and can be set up and ready to go at a campsite in no time. Our Class C Nexus 30T is spacious with a Queen Bed in the rear, this RV can sleep 4 Adults and 2 Children comfortably. The interior has everything you need; a dedicated bedroom with a queen bed, built-in cabinets, a full kitchen, bathroom w/ shower, dining table, sofa, Cabover Bunk, and Dinette Convers into bed. There are Tons of storage inside & out ensuring you can bring nearly anything with you on your trip. Not to mention this RV comes equipped with everything you need for your next get-a-way! Outside large awning with LED lights. There is also an outdoor shower to allow for quick rinses or cleaning before heading inside. We take pride in having a fully functional, stocked rig. This RV is brand new and everything works perfectly. The generator starts easily should you need power and the gas Ford E-450 is easy to drive. We hope you enjoy camping in it as much as we do. Here is some of what is included: a full RV kitchen setup including pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting board, knives serving utensils, etc. -We provide towels for 6 people, sheets for the 2 permanent beds, scissor couches, and pillows for each place to sleep. -We provide at least 4 camping chairs and a lightweight folding table. A 9' x 20' nylon mat for the outdoor living space. -There are two smart HD TV and stereo in the RV. -Tool kit and all necessary accessories. Gas grill and accessories -The unit will be extremely clean when you get it. We will provide a sanitary cleaning of the unit after it returns/before you pick it up. All we ask is that you do your dishes, strip the beds, dump the tanks, and return everything where you found it. We'll take care of the rest.-Keep in mind, there is NO Smoking in or near the RV. Pups are welcome with prior approval! We have an invisible pup policy - this means you won't see any sign of pups in our campers. Your furry friends may be welcome, but their hair, paw prints, and any other signs of their residency must be thoroughly cleaned. Any deep cleaning by our crews to remove hair or other signs of pets will be charged to the renter. Damage, as always, will be the renter's responsibility
