We don't smoke or have many pets in it. We MAY make exceptions for certain pets, please just ask. But absolutely no smoking of any kind please. New to RV camping info: 1) Must have electricity hook up in order to operate some/all functions inside or a generator to do so 2) RV can hold 80 gal. of freshwater to use for bathing or random needs but some campsite can provide hookup as well which I will help with. 3) This RV doesn't have a generator onboard 4) Delivery fee is based on distance from RV storage location 5) RV includes most of the things needed. Trash can, smore sticks, etc. We do have some blankets in the camper but it may be best to bring your own. We generally use disposable silverware, cups, and plates but we do have pretty much anything you should need kitchen wise on board. There is also a vacuum in the unit and I expect it to be cleaned when picking up. I don't mind disinfecting things but expect it to be cleaned for the most part.
