You must at least have a full size 1500 V8 truck with heavy towing experience. This camper weighs approx. 6,000 lbs, but the length of the camper is what makes it difficult to tow. The long 31ft sidewall will catch wind and push smaller trucks all over the road. I do offer delivery! This 31 foot travel tailer has all of the space you need! One huge slide-out opens the space so nobody is stepping on top of each other. It has a private bedroom with a very comfortable Tempur-pedic queen size mattress. Bunk beds with a 3" foam pad. a dinette conversion and a pull out sofa (both suited for small children). The kitchen comes complete with a 2 burner stove, microwave, large sink and a good size fridge/ freezer. An additional mini fridge can be accessed by the side of the camper. I am over 6 feet tall and I can stand comfortably in the shower. The 3 beds will be covered with a mattress protector. You will need to bring your own sheets
