22 East to West Delta Terra 261RB. This spacious RV has a custom king mattress bed, large dinette that makes into a bed, jack knife sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, large closet/pantry, and a huge rear bathroom! With its large single slide there is plenty of room to move about. Stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, small coffee pot (small filters needed) toaster, pots, and pans. This RV has 2 AC's so you will stay nice and cool. You will be provided with sway tow hitch for your vehicle. What's included??? The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, and leveling blocks. (Note:Bedding is not included with the RV) NOTE: !!!!!!!!!! Tow vehicle must be capable of towing 9000lbs or more. Load level hitch will be provided. When requesting your booking, please provide your tow vehicle information! Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a class 3 tow hitch and have trailer brake controller with a 7 pin connector. Pick up time starts at 10:00AM and Return time is by 4:00PM. Late fees may apply A day earlier pick up than reservation date for loading time is NOT an option! We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane.
