Delivery price structure is as follows. I ask for $3.50 per mile of distance that the campsite is from me. If the campsite is 50 miles from me, the round trip delivery including full set up and take down, is ($3.50 x 50 miles) so $175 total. I dont ask for a cleaning fee as long as its reasonable upon departure. This is the reason that we dont stock any linens in it, so we do ask that you provide your own, and take them with you afterwards. There will of course be clean mattress protectors on the main king bed, and the 2 full size bunk beds. 2022 27ft travel trailer. Separate master bedroom with a king bed, 1 slide out. Most travel trailers have a queen bed. The king bed plus two full size bunk beds at the rear, and two additional beds from the table and fold out couch can sleep 6 or more, but my family of 5 is very comfortable in it. Separate exterior door to the bathroom is very handy having gatherings around the camper so people don’t have to trek through the main area. I offer free delivery and set up to a few of the closest campsites to my location in Commerce GA. I also will be happy to deliver it and set it up at any campsite for a delivery fee. We have some plastic dishes and silverware stocked in it, but we normally bring disposable plates and silverware to avoid dirty dishes. All RV essentials are provided including the drinking water hose, electrical cord, wheel chocks, RV toilet paper, sewer hose, etc. You wont need to worry about providing anything to get the rv set up at the campsite. We also use a heated drinking water hose to keep it from freezing in the winter months. Pets and kids are welcome to stay in it as we bring our kids and pets when we travel with it. Please no smoking inside the camper. A cleaning charge will have to apply if the interior smells of cigarette smoke prior to the next guests rental. We do ask that you bring your own linens including sheets and towels, soaps, other personal effects please. This helps us cut down the costs and set up times. For the propane usage, I can weigh the tanks before and after the trip to estimate the cost of fuel used. A full propane tank use is about 20 dollars. There are 2 tanks located in the front of the RV. We appreciate you looking and look forward to working with you!
