Our hemisphere is perfect for family getaways. Make fun & special memories in our roomy, cozy, nicely furnished rig that accommodates large families, groups & your sweet fur babies too!! Mom and dad can enjoy extra privacy with closed doors while the kids enjoy their bunk room on the opposite end. Bunk room includes a couch that folds down into a full size bed. Have more than a family of 5? Not a problem since the table folds down to a full sized bed and the couch does too. Have adventurous little ones? We got you covered! Just use our outside shower head for muddy & sandy kids to help keep your space clean. The outside refrigerator and stove make camping easy and fun. Grab a quick cold drink from the outside fridge. Enjoy the ambiance of our outside LED lights & premium speakers while grilling burgers on our outside grill. Use the provided camp chairs to sit around the fire afterward and roast marshmallows for tasty s'mores(our kids fav)! It does have 50 amp service and one large slideout that includes the entire kitchen and living space, so we recommend a larger spot(usually one meant for an RV). We also recommend a 3/4 ton truck to pull it as fully loaded with water in the tank. We do provide a weight distribution hitch to ease some of the weight load. After a full day of adventure & fun, relax in front of the colored led fireplace and 55 inch television for your favorite family movies. Gather around the dinette for family board games. Enjoy the open layout & high ceilings with skylights and oversized windows in the living room that allow for extra sunlight. This hemisphere is perfect for your ultimate road trip and fun!! Other things to note Special considerations: Please read prior to requesting a quote.1). RENTAL PICK UP AND DELIVERY TIMES: The owners run a very busy RV repair business that operates at all hours of the day. Pick up, delivery and return times during weekdays must be scheduled between 5 a.m to 7a.m, and 6.p.m to 9 p.m. If you need the RV prior to that time an early delivery fee can be added. The RV can then be delivered or picked up the night before your trip/event starts. 2)RENTAL PROCESS: The only person authorized to accept the RV and sign paperwork is the OUTDOORSY account holder making the reservation. That person must show official ID at signing. The DELIVERY process takes about one hour. RV PICKUP takes about two hours and includes demonstrating the ability to tow the trailer. 3)PETS AND SMOKING: NO smoking is allowed inside the RV. This includes vaping and cigars. Any indication of either is grounds for the renter to lose the entirety of their deposit. We love our fur babies and want them to enjoy their camping fun too!! We ask no more than 2 pets and if you are bringing your pets, please select the pet add-on. Please do not allow pets on the couches, dinette or the beds. There claws can damage the leather furniture. Any sign of pet damage will be deducted from the security deposit. 4)EVENT RENTALS: If the trailer is booked as a part of a family reunion, festivals, wedding party, or other special event & the renter is not going to occupy the RV, the security deposit will be increased to $1500. This ensures the renter conveys to their guests the appropriate amount of care expected of them. 5)DELIVERY: When delivery is required, mileage fees are paid for every mile the trailer moves. The delivery fee accounts for drop off, set up and pickup. If the delivery location is a private residence or unimproved campsite, it is possible that delivery would be not feasible. Tight turning areas, soft soil or other hazards that could pose a risk to the RV could require the reservation to be canceled at delivery time. It's the renters responsibility to ensure that adequate space for the truck and trailer to operate is available. In the event that the reservation is canceled at the time of the delivery, no refunds of any fees will be provided. 6)REFIT & CLEANING FEES: A flat rate of $250 is added for dumping black and grey tanks, detailed cleaning, cleaning all laundered items, refilling the propane & replacing freshwater. If the campsite includes fresh water and sewer hookups, the fee is reduced to $175. Renter is required to remove all trash, personal items, cleaning any dishes used, wiping down the counters & table and sweeping the foors. 7)DAMAGES NOT REQUIRING A SHOP: In the event that minor damages occur that do not need to be repaired prior to renting the RV out again, an estimated cost for materials and time will be deducted from the deposit. 8) DAMAGES REQUIRING A SHOP: In the event that damages to the RV occur that prevent the rental of the RV before repairs occur, the owner will file a claim with OUTDOORSY owner insurance. The renter will forfeit their deposit in it's entirety. This covers the lost rental and personal use time of the RV. 9) SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The master bedroom is a standard full size memory foam bed (sleeps 2 adults). The dinette is a standard full size bed when folded down(sleeps 2 adults). The couch converts to full size bed (sleeps 2 adults). The bunk bed are not suitable for adults(weight limit of 180lbs). The couch in the bunk room folds out into a full size bed (sleeps 2 adults). Neither bunk beds have side rails currently. 10) AIR CONDITIONER: The AC unit in the RV draws 35 amps of power. The generator provided upon request (daily rental fee of 25$) will run the AC unit. It will provide enough power to recharge the batteries and run the entire electrical system.
