If not, we offer delivery which includes set up and breakdown; you simply show up with your linens, food, bags and start your adventure! Spacious to sleep up to 5 with a comfy queen size master, 2 single bunks, and a fold-down table in the pop out. Most ideal for a couple or small family with young ones. Right at the foothills or Mt Rainier National Park, near many state parks, or a short trip to Leavenworth! Also, check out Hipcamp for private camping locations We don't charge mandatory fees for cleaning, dumping etc in hopes you can rent this for a low nightly rate, bring your own supplies, and return it in the same condition it was at pickup. If you would like to add cleaning, black tank dumping, grey tank dumping, or linens and towels, they can be added on as additional, but we do not make them mandatory, as most rentals do. Off road driving not allowed unless we deliver or discuss prior. No smoking, vaping, or strong odor foods. We prefer to cook outside and provide a small camp stove free of charge. This is a smaller unit and not ideal for long times spent indoors so there is no TV installed. There is a built-in blue tooth stereo system with indoor/outdoor speakers. Refrigerator is 12V, not propane; so it requires generator or hookups to recharge batteries for continued use. We gladly provide: - Well stocked kitchen including basic cookware and utensils and plates for 6, paper towels, hot pads, French press coffee maker, etc. - Basic cleaning supplies, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. - RV toilet paper and chemicals for the toilet black tank. - All necessary hoses and attachments for emptying both the black and grey tanks. - 30 lb. Propane tank. (filled before each rental) Generator, weight distribution hitch, portable canopy, chairs, bedding and towels available for additions upon request. Any rental between the months of November 1st-Feb 28th you will need to add winterization package for the unit to be winterized after rental if any wet systems (sink, shower, toilet) are going to be used. We have an SRA (Supplemental Rental Agreement) that will need to be reviewed and signed during pickup. If you would like to review ahead of time, you may request and we can email upon booking.
