2022 Winnebago Micro Minnie Vacation Home on Wheels

Our "Adventure Minnie" has been our vacation home on wheels and has allowed us to travel unrestricted to experience amazing parts of the country and now we want to share that experience with you! We have added many upgrades including keyless entry by utilizing a code/remote/key, a large Lithium battery bank, solar system along with a full house inverter that can keep everything powered and running when you are boondocking or on the road. Our rig is filled with high end components and feels like it's still on the showroom floor. Interior: Our vacation home is better than new and features a murphy queen size bed that stores away and turns into a couch for added extra room during the day and folds down when you're ready to cozy up at night. The dinette in the slide out turns into a day bed or additional bed for extra guests, open galley, and large rear bathroom with wardrobe and sink. Roomy shower features a built in shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser. Large stainless sink, 3 burner cooktop, convection microwave and large fridge. Full size coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, and hot water maker. Smart flat screen TV on a swivel mount and speaker system, wireless charger, plenty of 110v and usb plugs. There are two closets on either side of the murphy bed, clothing drawers under the bed, side mudroom storage areas on either side of the bed for shoes or anything dirty, pantry area, large storage compartments under the dinette, closet area in bathroom, and much more! Exterior: Convenient electric hitch jack with extended jack pad, electric stabilizing braces, LED illuminated large awning, exterior speakers, exterior 120v plugs, freshwater hose quick connect with sprayer and hose to spray things off, large dual propane tanks, propane quick disconnect, large offroad tires with spare, TPMS to monitor tire pressure and temperature, tandem axles with independent style suspension making for a smooth ride, rear hitch receiver, mounted generator, ladder, exterior shower, etc. Towing: Rental includes a Blue Ox stabilizing weight distribution hitch matched for the trailer. If your vehicle does not have a trailer brake controller we have a quick universal one that will connect to a 7 pin connector. The trailer pulls very nicely with this setup and can be pulled behind most vehicles. We have the built in TPMS system for long road trips if you want to monitor tire pressure and temperature but it is not needed. Plumbing System: 6-gallon gas/electric/DSI water heater 31-gallon freshwater tank 25-gallon black tank 25-gallon grey tank Extra grey/black water tote tank available if needed for longer trips. Black and gray tanks must be empty upon return or dump fee must be added on.
