Amazing for your scenic road trip up Highway 1 or just your local weekend getaway to San Elijo. This RV has 2 slide outs, the first one opens up to create an open living space, dining area and kitchen, while the second one opens up into a queen-sized walkaround bed. Sleeps 5 adults or 4 adults with 4 children. There is 1 rear queen-sized bed, an over cab bed large enough for 2 adults (96in x 54in), dining table converts into a small bed for 1 adult or 2 children (67in x 42in), and a fold out couch for 1-2 children (48in x 42in). Kitchen is fully equipped with basic kitchen supplies, coffee maker, microwave, gas stove and oven. Bedding available for queen-sized bed upon request, all other bedding not provided. Mounted smart TV in living space with antenna for local channels or hotspot capabilities and games/cards provided for your indoor entertainment. RV also equipped with air conditioner and heater. RV has retractable awning with LED lighting and outdoor speakers to enhance your outdoor camping experience. **Delivery and set up available at local campgrounds for extra charge, but is subject to availability (message me to inquire).
