Very clean, well maintained and well equipped little unit. Basic Kitchen setup with service for 4. 2 burner stove and microwave. TV. Kitchen slide out makes this compact trailer feel much larger when set up at camp. Lots of storage inside and out. Power awning & screen room. Comes with 2 camp chairs. Stabilizing jacks permanently mounted. Refrigerator, AC and furnace all work well. Tows easily behind smaller SUV's and has antisway bar. Trailer does have brakes and brake controller recommended. Queen bed (bring your own linen). Hose, power cords, adapters and sewer hose all included with the unit. Mature dogs ok, please no puppies. Could possibly be delivered and set up in the local area for additional fees and schedule permitting.
