After years of research, Boxerton was designed full-custom to be my dream studio apartment on wheels — meant for full-time, with all the creature comforts. Plus a pastel Barbie vibe fit for Venice beach! I hope to retire in this home someday, but in the meantime I’d love to share it with you! (Dometic CFX-95DZ) Climate control: - heaters (propane & electric) - air conditioning! window unit - solid foam insulation (R31 walls); can maintain temp all night long - heated floor!!! - vent fan Bathroom: - Galvanized steel shower tub, full size (4’ x 2’) —removable! (tucks under dinette, or can be taken out of truck for extra storage space) - two basic toilets (#1 and #2 kept separate) Exterior: - skylight/escape hatch (lovely for stargazing on the roof) - OUTDOOR/separated garage for bathroom area, bike/surfboard storage, shoes etc. - lift gate (wheelchair accessible) - flood lights (rear, over lift gate/the “back patio”) - toolbox equipped with several fluids/simple tools ie. allen keys, screwdrivers etc.
