This like new camper sleeps 4 comfortably (can sleep up to 5) and includes one queen bed, a set of bunk beds, and an optional fold-down dinette bed. Heat and A/C Fridge Microwave Toaster Stove Fireplace Shower Toilet (RV/Marine Toilet Paper Only) Post trip charges: -If the tanks are not emptied, there will be a $50 charge (this excludes deliveries). -There is an additional $50 pet fee. -Hitch size is 2 and 5/16ths Check in time is 3 PM cst Check out time is 10 AM cst If you show up with the wrong size hitch and need to use ours, you will be charge a post-trip fee of $15 for a hitch rental. If you show up late returning the camper without confirming with us, you will be charged a late return post-trip fee.
