Fresh linens on beds, (2 adult rated queen beds in rear, queen in the master, full bed in loft for kiddo, couch in living area as well as my favorite the layZboy recliner), keyless entry, dual a/c’s, propane heat, propane water heater, gas generator, front and rear bathroom, dual propane, 3 pop outs(all with awnings), window coverings all windows, 2 shade awnings (almost 30 ft of shade), LED outdoor lighting, indoor/outdoor radio, tv, fuel station, leveling jacks, fridge, stove, oven, microwave with all dishes and cookware. Rear door can be a patio when weather is right with screened back door available. 35 gallon trailer fuel tank will be filled if dry camping. (at RENTERS expense) Trailer propane included, 2-15 LB tanks. Ready for your family adventure! DELIVERY ONLY!! NO SELF TOWING!! I will deliver trailer to specific/discussed location. Drop trailer, level and secure it, set up 3 popouts with safety protection, extend 2 awnings, place ground cover. You get a keyless entry code for access. When you leave, take YOUR stuff including your trash, leave the trailer like you found it, I handle the tear down and haul it off.
