Family and Pet Friendly with Fireplace Sleeping options: - queen size bed in Master bedroom - Queen pullout in living area. A/C Heat Fireplace Microwave, K-cup Coffee pot, Cooktop, Large fridge/Freezer, Sink, AM/FM radio with Bluetooth capabilities with speakers inside and outside. Two TVs that connect to cable. Power awning with blue LED lighting. Includes the following amenities: USB outlets, Cards/Games, Outdoor rug, Camping chairs, Cookware and silverware, mugs, dishes and cooking utensils. Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, plastic ware, trash bags), Propane. The only things you will need to pack are your clothes, food and personal items. Also available for rent: Linen's package is available ($40) (Sheets, Towels, Pillows, Beach Towels for locations with water), propane grill, canopy, and water floats. Strict NO SMOKING policy in the RV. If the RV smells of smoke, you will forfeit your entire security deposit, no exceptions. Please contact us to discuss bringing any pets with you. We are pet friendly and have a small nonrefundable pet deposit. Please mind the pets jumping on the furniture and do not leave pets unattended in the RV.
