Enjoy our 30 ft Coleman beauty with your family and/or friends! This RV comes ready to use upon pickup to provide a memorable adventure. Features include: fireplace, 15-ft power awning with LED lights, heat & AC, private master bedroom with double closets, convertible dinette, convertible sofa, Bluetooth indoor & outdoor speakers, TV & DVD player, spacious kitchen, 3-burner stove and oven, microwave, pantry, refrigerator & freezer, bathroom w/ shower & tub and separate external door, double bunk beds with curtain and ladder and underneath storage, underneath pass through storage, outdoor shower. Kitchen comes fully equipped with all essentials you may need. RV comes stocked with a small selection of DVDs and board games, flashlights, first aid kit, outdoor rug for under the awning, croquet set, garbage can and trash bags, laundry hamper for dirty linens at conclusion of your stay. Bedding supplied for queen bed, double bunks, couch and dinette fold outs. Extra blankets and throw pillows also provided for couch. Bath towels supplied. Many other items are available upon request for small fee. We do have 3 kayaks available to rent, but no official kayak storage rack so they would have to be hauled in the bed of a pick up or via personal vehicle. We charge just a small fee as these items are valuable to us but would love to lend them to better your experience.
