2020 Grand Design Reflection "Delivery Only"

Come enjoy our 2020 Grand Design Reflection 312BHTS. We have put this baby through every season and situation. We have learned we love winter camping and this is the perfect RV. It has a 4-season package with a heated underbelly and heated tanks. No worries of freezing up on cold nights. It will sleep your whole family and you will have enough prep and cooking space in the kitchen to feed everyone as well. We love the larger RV refrigerator that the kitchen offers and if you run out of space there, you can utilize the outdoor kitchen fridge. The outdoor kitchen offers a sink with hot and cold water, prep space for the 2 burner gas cooktop, and plenty of storage. We love to make our coffee out there and watch the sunrise. Rainy day? no problem, head inside to the theater seating recliners and kick back and watch a movie on a large smart TV with a DVD player. If the mood hits you while you are out in the wild to bathe, you will have 2 options. First, enjoy our spacious shower in the bathroom with a skylight above even to accommodate the taller folks. Second, help yourself to the outdoor shower, a privacy curtain is not included. Tired from all the adventures of the day? There is a queen-size memory foam bed in the front bedroom with plenty of closet space and a smart tv on a swivel mount. In the rear bedroom, there are 2 top bunks and a sleeper sofa that lays out to a bed that can accommodate 4 guests. The dining room table also lets down into a bed. Rest assured that you will have an amazing night sleep with 2 AC Units that really cool the RV down with blackout shades that will leave you guessing what time it is when you sleep in. We will do our best to always provide paper plates, cup, utensils, hand soap, toilet paper, and linens.
