Comes complete with a pantry loaded with all of the items you will need plus a Keurig! 3 super soft recliners that lay back for extra sleeping space. An L loft with a privacy curtain. Garage has two couches that convert to a Q bed and a happy jack Q bunk as well. Half bath in the garage along with it’s own entrance and privacy door. Patio can definitely be used when the couches are down (and when it’s nice out-just a suggestion). Outside has a 30gal fuel storage, leash latches for your pups and an outdoor shower! Portable grill and satellite (w/ dish month to month subscription) are also included. 13’ garage fits comfortably our Side x Side or 2 seater four wheeler. *******Be Advised****** * To protect the integrity of the rig, we require a Supplemental Rental Agreement to be executed by the renter.
