We would like to invite you and your family to imagine the memory-making possibilities in our Grand Design Imagine Bunkhouse. This unit is fully stocked with all of the essentials and many of the luxuries, that will help make your next camping experience, one to remember. Upon delivery, we will completely set up the unit and any selected add-ons and take as much time as needed to familiarize, answer any questions and make you comfortable with the unit. Some of the more premier features of this unit includes two A/C units, a spacious floor plan, a super-slide with theater-style recliners and a U-shaped dinette. The recliners also offer a heat/massage feature. There is a flat screen TV and a indoor/outdoor stereo system for entertainment. The master bedroom offers a queen bed with 3inch foam topper, your own temperature controls, and a full size sliding door for privacy. There is comfortable sleeping for 8, with full-size bunks in the back of the unit, the dinette makes down into a full size bed and the queen bed in the bedroom. The bathroom offers a sink, toilet and spacious stand up shower. This unit also has two grey holding tanks, holding 82 gallons, providing more time between dumping. Also for your outdoor pleasure, this unit offers a 19ft power awning and a outdoor kitchen with mini-fridge. Included in your nightly rate, we provide a K-Cup coffee pot, toaster, kitchen essentials, utensils, cookware, etc. There is a large pantry with plastic dividers to help keep everything organized. We offer fresh clean bed linens, pillows, blankets/comforters, bath towels, wash clothes, make-up remover towels and a bathroom hand towel at no additional cost. If you want to enhance your experience further, we offer a variety of add-on options to choose from. For a reasonable additional fee, you can add items such as tents, fans, grill or pick one of our campsite packages with a little bit of it all. We offer great rates for winter camping. All rentals that occur between December 1st and March 1st are only $90 per night, but will have a 3 night minimum per rental. Stay 7 nights and receive a 10% discount off your nightly rate for the entire trip! There will also be a $45.00 winterization fee per rental. Our family loves creating memories one campsite at a time, and we want to help you experience the same joy as well.
