Great Class C, less than a year old in exceptional condition. -Sleeps up to 10, with queen master, 2 bunks, convertible dinette, convertible couch, and overhead bunk over cab. Huge slide out. Comes with TV and unidirectional antenna (no manual turning), large RV fridge, upgraded AC, oversize windows for taking in all that nature, LED lighting indoor and out, generator and plenty of storage, plus many add-ons. Selection of chairs are included along with basic cooking utensils for most any need. Any specifics you may need feel free to ask, we are happy to provide withing reason. -Set up and delivery available for fee, $250 within 50 miles, additional mileage rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis. -Discounts available for military, and first responder. -Renters are responsible for their own reservations at the campground of their choosing. I will be glad to help, but for legal reasons you are required to have the campsite in your name. Just contact me for a list of recommendations and I’ll help you in any way I can. -Expect to spend 30 minutes to an hour on walk-through upon pickup becoming familiar with any controls and operation. - NOT PROVIDED WITH RENTAL: Renter will need to provide their own linens and towels. Renter will need to provide their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, paper towels, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above.
