It has a great air unit along with a cute color changing fireplace that keeps you warm and toasty on those cold nights. Trailer comes with queen bed sheets, pillows and blankets. Sheets and pillows for the 2 bunk beds are not provided. Single serve Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods dark and light roast, Stevia and Splenda and French Vanilla single serve. Spices 4 coffee cups, plastic plates, bowls, plastic cups and silverware. Pots and pans and toaster. Four body towels are also provided. Antibacterial hand/dish soap Propane tank Batteries Even though you can bring your pet, IF the trailer is returned with extreme pet odors or fur everywhere you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. PLEASE put all blankets, sheets and towels in the plastic bag that is proved for you at the end of your trip. This trailer is great for taking to the beach, lakes or mountains.
