When we chose this trailer, we wanted something that truly felt like a home away from home—and this one was the perfect fit! Now, we’re thrilled to share it with fellow campers who want comfort, convenience, and a great experience without breaking the bank. Our trailer is packed with everything you need for a relaxing getaway: • Cold A/C & Warm heater • Clean sheets and a cozy queen bed • Board games for some unplugged fun • Power awning for shade and chill • Bluetooth stereo with indoor & outdoor speakers • Smart TV for streaming your favorites • Large fridge to keep your food fresh The 2019 Dutchmen Kodiak Ultra-Lite is a lightweight and easy-to-tow travel trailer with a dry weight of 3,980 lbs and an overall length of 24 feet. It’s equipped with a 52-gallon fresh water tank, a 39-gallon gray water tank, and a 28-gallon black water tank—offering plenty of capacity for a comfortable and convenient camping experience. The ball hitch size is 2- 5/16” ,we are pet friendly, and delivery is offered if needed. It comfortably sleeps up to 4 people—with a spacious queen bed and a dinette that converts into an extra bed for added flexibility. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape or a longer adventure, we’re here to make sure your trip is smooth, fun, and memorable Also, please do not forget to add on the gray/black water, dumping add-on. If you will not be dumping yourself, we will have to charge it from the DEPOSIT ! I include one full tank of propane . If more propane is needed, it will be the responsibility of the guest to refill or replace it for a full tank. Please note that renting our trailer for use at the Burning Man festival is strictly prohibited. Any guest found doing so will be charged the full deposit for cleaning and maintenance due to the high level of mess and damage typically associated with the event. Thank you for your understanding. Once your reservation is confirmed, the dates you book are held exclusively for you. Because those dates are blocked off and unavailable to other guests, you will be responsible for the full payment of your reserved dates—even if you decide to return earlier or end your trip sooner than planned. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to book only the dates you’re confident you’ll use. Campsite Hookup Tip For the best camping experience, please make sure your campsite’s utility hookups are on the left side—the same side as the camper’s connections. If the hookups are on the opposite side, it’s not a problem, but keep in mind that extension cords, water hoses, and sewer lines will need to run through your camping area, which might make the space a little less tidy and inconvenient throughout the day.
