This is a 2023 Retro by Riverside 22ft travel trailer sleeping up to 5. Queen bed with memory foam topper, dinette conversion, and single over single bunk area. I love sharing this travel trailer with folks!! I want you to enjoy the time in nature as much as I do. Please use the trailer as you like...keeping in mind that I like to keep it in good working order for all to enjoy. Pets are allowed with a Paid Pet Fee. Not prepaying Pet Fee will forfeit deposit if I become aware of the animal at post inspection. Generator Services and Kayaks available for addition fee. Fresh linens, extra blankets, kitchen and bath towels, kitchen utensils, small bowls w/ lids, small saucepan, cutting boards/knife, paper cups/plates, Ziploc bags, trash bags, doggy doo bags, bug zap and regular lanterns, camping chairs, outdoor griddle, campfire roasting rods, and cleaning products are supplied. Vehicle must be equipped with a seven-point harness. I want you to enjoy your trip stress free!! I am available if you need for questions!
