Your Greatest Adventure Awaits!!! Hey there!! Welcome to our Home Away From Home!! We strive to provide you with all the essentials for your Camping Adventure! This is a Brand New 2023 Retro by Riverside 22ft travel trailer sleeping up to 5. There is also a tent that we keep in it that can sleep 4 to 6, if you have a larger family. We love sharing our travel trailer with folks!! We want you to enjoy the time in nature as much as we do. Please use the trailer as you like...keeping in mind that we like to keep it in perfect working order for all to enjoy. Pets are allowed with a Paid Pet Fee. Not prepaying Pet Fee will forfeit deposit if we become aware of the animal at post inspection. Generator Services and Kayaks available for addition fee. Fresh linens, extra blankets, kitchen and bath towels, kitchen utensils, small bowls w/ lids, small saucepan, cutting boards/knife, paper cups/plates, Ziploc bags, trash bags, doggy doo bags, bug zap and regular lanterns, camping chairs, 4-6 person tent, pop up canopy, outdoor griddle, campfire roasting rods, and cleaning products are supplied. Electronic brakes are the law in our area. We will provide the system for you, as long as, you have a seven-point harness. Note: if lost, you will forfeit deposit. We want you to enjoy your trip stress free!! We are available if you need us for questions! Please allow an hour of time during pick up, for us to show and teach you the operations of our trailer.
