Please send us a message though if your dates aren't flexible and we will check our calendars to see if it’s possible to deliver or pickup on a Saturday.*** With that noted, our Saturday and Sunday response time might be delayed through our website. Please call and/or text us for a much quicker response on the weekends. If you are booking directly through our website, we do not require the purchase of daily insurance, also known as “Basic Protection Package” and we will remove it before finalizing the reservation. We offer 10% off the nightly rate year-round for military members, veterans, first responders including law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, and teachers! Please be able to show proof when requesting this. Please read and answer all checkout questions as this helps significantly with the booking process. We always have a 3-night minimum on this camper but send us a message to see if we can accommodate a 2-night during the slow winter season. We have a 4-night minimum on all major federal holidays. The max sleeping capacity is 6. We allow dogs for a small $25 pet fee, but they are not allowed on couches or beds. We also do not allow them to be left for extended periods of time. We recommend looking into a pet monitoring system, like a Waggle to monitor temperature while you are away. If there is excessive hair on the sheets, you will be charged for a new linen set ($25). If we are delivering a camper to a location that is not at a campground and is "off-road" there will be a mandatory $100 exterior cleaning fee. We do not allow it to be towed by anyone other than us. What we supply on your trip: The main bed will be completely made, but we supply fitted sheet/pillows for the bunk beds/fold out couches, please bring your own blankets for the others not sleeping in the main bed. Basic pots/pans, cooking utensils, towels, washcloths, linens, pillows, Keurig coffee maker, countertop ice maker, outdoor table, 2 outdoor chairs, outdoor mat (depending on the site), and propane. This camper is for delivery only and our delivery ranges are broken down into three sections, up to 50 miles for a 3-night rental, up to 75 miles for a 3 to 5-night rental, up to 100 miles for a 6+ night rental. The delivery fee is only calculated as the distance from our location to the destination of your choice in miles, one way. This unit not only has a king-size bed up front in a private bedroom, but it also has a second bedroom with a queen-size tri-fold sofa. Above this second bedroom you'll also have more sleeping space in a loft with storage, and another tired camper can sleep on the 72" sofa out in the main living area. The kitchen offers you an island for more room while cooking and a pantry for your snacks. Sit down and eat a hot meal at the free-standing dinette and get even more comfortable on the full-reclining theater seating with massage, lights, and USB. Equipped with automatic leveling system, two air conditioners, 16 cubic feet 12-volt refrigerator, Washer/Dryer prep, 400-watt solar panel, 1 100 AH Lithium batteries, electric awning, Theater seating, Free standing table and chairs, microwave, gas/electric/dsi water heater, Maxx Air vent with rain sensor and more. We have a couple add-on's if you would like to make your camping experience even better, please check the "add-on's" section during checkout. We do not allow the RV to be used at tailgates/music festivals and absolutely no smoking. Our cancellation policy explained: *We require 25% of the booking total to reserve the camper, not 50%. *If you cancel greater than 14 days before the trip start date, you will not receive a refund on the reservation deposit (the 25% required to book the camper), but we will offer it to you as a credit that is good for 1 year from the reservation start date. *If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip start date, you will not receive a refund on the total booking cost, but we will credit your account for the amount paid. The new booking dates can't be during a Federal Holiday of any kind, and it must be used within 1 year of the trip start date. *Once a reservation is confirmed by us and the renter, they have 48 hours to cancel with a 100% refund if the trip start date is greater than 14 days away.
