The perfect rig to get you off grid for a few days (or a few weeks!). Flagstaff calls the 15tb the "swiss army knife" of travel trailers. It's small, can be towed by most medium size tow vehicles, and is enough to be comfortable for an extended camping trip. Fully stocked and ready to go with everything you'll need! (Linens, towels, dishes, pots, utensils, toiletries, games, etc.) Currently set up as a full, but can be set up as a king or two twins for a fee. Features: - King bed OR full bed OR two twins - Battery or Electric powered Refrigerator - Gas stove - Furnace - Toilet - Shower (Indoor and outdoor) - Water heater - Propane tank - Solar panel (extends the life of your batteries in sunny conditions) - 2 golf cart batteries - *A/C (*note: if camping in an area without electric hook-ups a generator is required to operate the A/C) Towing: - Vehicle towing capacity of 5000 lbs or above is Required. (Dry trailer weight is 2,600 lbs. Fully loaded a few hundred pounds more. Should tow no more than 60% of capacity). - I will provide the 2” Ball mount and friction sway bar system for added safety. (Adjustable down to a 6 3/4” drop. - This E-pro comes equipped with an electronic trailer braking system. In order for the trailer brakes to work, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have a 7 way pin connector and an electronic trailer brake system within your vehicle. Cleaning requirements at trips end: - Dump grey and black tanks - Wipe down all surfaces - Vacuum interior - Spray down exterior Restrictions: - No Smoking - No Pets - No Festivals
