2023 Forest River Impression

**This rental is delivery only to campgrounds/RV parks with proper hook ups**No pets** We have a brand new Forest River Impression 5th wheel. It sleeps 7 with 2 queen beds, hide away sofa bed, and a bunk bed. We have upgraded the queen in the master bedroom to a 10 inch memory foam cooling gel mattress for extra comfort! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, dishtowels, trashcan, and trash bags included. There is a nice size stand up shower in the bathroom with a medicine cabinet for extra storage, towels provided! There is a bunk room with a queen pull out couch and also a bunk bed overhead. The best part of this 5th wheel is the hidden pantry storage behind the TV/fireplace that gives plenty of extra storage space! The unit includes two AC units, one in the main living area and the other in the master bedroom. It stays very cool! There is multiple USB charging ports throughout the unit. Another great feature is the on demand hot water heater. Outside we have an outdoor kitchen with flat top griddle and mini fridge, an outside shower area, and an adjustable power awning with LED lights. We deliver, set up, doing all of the work so the only thing you have to do is settle in!
