I do have a day job so When delivering the trailer I will do my very best to be at your location between 6-6:30pm. So I can set you up before the sun goes down. Please no smoking or drug use in the camper. Return with the Gray and Black Water Emptied and Flushed. Maverik Gas stations always seem to be the easiest. if not 75$ dump fee will be added Return it the way you took it. this includes wiping down countertops, clean bathroom and swept floors no cats allowed please keep dogs of any size off the furniture and beds. We unfortunately have had to throw away nice bedding because of Pet hair that was too much to handle. And if that puppy sheds, as you know it's a hassle to clean and have ready for the next renter. pet fee $50/pet Please Make sure awning is all the way retracted so no damage occurs while traveling. No awning use in inclement weather. Damage to awning will be renters responsibility. Security deposit has been adjusted due to too many incidents.
