Festival & tailgating rentals allowed. You can even use this camper to provide extra room at family events! (Please ask about delivery fees, they can be adjusted per rental.) (No smoking in RV.) I've towed w/ a 6 cyl SUV. SLEEPING: 2 beds (Queen & U-Shaped dinette turns into bed) Specs: sleeps 4 Reality: comfort sleeping is 2 adults & 2 kids or 3 adults 2 thin adults (or teens) could fit on dinette bed Can provide small tent & air mattress to expand sleeping EATING: U-shaped booth w/ long table - great for food spreads & board games on rainy days 1 kitchen sink w/ 2 burner propane stove Microwave works w/electric hook-up Fridge works on electric or propane Ample cupboard space BATHROOM: Bathroom has a shower, tub, full-length mirror, medicine cabinet, toilet & sink, but it's a tight squeeze. (You can wash your hands after you go to the bathroom w/out worrying about what's in the kitchen sink! This is great if you are immunocompromised and/or health conscious.) Roof fan vent in bathroom. Hot water runs on propane/battery & works great! It is a small tank, so if you don't have hookup, keep showers short. STORAGE: Lots of storage for your gear & food! Under the dinette, under the bed, pantry, wardrobe, kitchen cupboards - storage everywhere! AIR-CONDITIONING: Air conditioner is over queen size bed. Needs electrical hookup. Nice & cold! RV HOOKUP VS. PRIMITIVE BOONDOCKING HOOKUP: w/ electrical hookup at RV site you get microwave & air conditioner. These do not run off battery. You also get lights, hot water, fridge & stovetop. PRIMITIVE BOONDOCKING: You get lights, hot water, fridge, & stovetop from propane & battery. Small H2O tank. Can provide gallons of H2O.
