Our "Cottage on Wheels" is the perfect fit for your next family getaway. We take pride in keeping our 2020 Four Winds 28Z clean, cozy, and feeling brand new, so that you and your family have an incredible experience. The RV is 30 feet, sleeps up to 5 adults or 5 adults and 2 children, has a generator, backup camera, AC, heat, hot and cold water, full bathroom, a master bedroom, full kitchen, and has 30 amp hookup. This popular floor plan boasts one slide out, a queen bed in bedroom, a queen in the overhead loft, and a dinette that makes into a bed. You could also use the 2 recliner chairs as beds for a couple little ones. Let some of that "pre-vacation" stress planning melt away because we have thought of it all! In the RV you will find a Blackstone grill, linens, dishes, cookware, cooking utensils, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, hand soap, rubber gloves, plates, cups, coffee cups, utensils, napkins, cutting board, a coffee maker, ice cube trays, a toaster, can opener, salt and pepper, trash bags, 409, window cleaner, broom and dustpan, Swiffer, toilet chemical packs, an outdoor mat, camping chairs, a first aid kit, water hoses with a water pressure regulator, waste water hoses, and a tool kit. There's also enough storage space to fit bikes into. Got all that?! :) We welcome your small to medium dog to come along on your journey for a $100/pet fee. We do require approval for the size and breed. Delivery and set up are an option and you can add that on when you inquire on the RV. Please feel free to ask any questions you have!
