The hitch and wireless brake controller is included if you do not have them.. Delivery, Setup, and Teardown services available up to 120 miles radius of 44241 Sleeps up to 5 people. The queen bed mattress is upgraded for a great night's sleep. Plenty of storage for your things. There is an outside kitchen with a 2 burner propane grill, and mini fridge.
