2022 Salem FSX w/ Slide-Out & Full size Bunkbeds *perfect for a family*

*Will deliver/set up for $125 round trip within 80 miles* August 26th-June 16th I work for a school district Mon-Thurs so drop offs during those days must be after 5pm depending on location but very flexible Friday-Sunday. Fully open availability times June 15th-August 26th. -We provide a "Setting up our RV" manual that we made for our trailer so you can start enjoying your trip! Our trailer is setup for an amazing getaway! We provide a sway control equalizer tow package and it only weighs 3900 lbs. It has a Queen murphy bed (with an extra memory foam mattress pad) up front that leaves plenty of room to keep down the whole trip or fold it up and have a beautiful couch. The Bunkbeds are Full size with memory foam padding under each bed for extra comfort but please note they are angled at the end as pictured so adults feet may hang off the end. The Slide-Out dinette set converts into a Full size bed. ~The trailer comes equipped with: Heat, A.C & Ceiling fan Full Hookup capabilities Outside Stove and Refrigerator Microwave & Refrigerator Full set of Dishware & extras Nonstick 5 pc set of pots/pans Electric Awning with LED Lighting Bathroom/shower Smart TV for streaming Exterior storage compartment with hookup equipment on one side Extra large bamboo Outdoor Area Mat 8 ft outdoor folding table *Please read the full list of whats provided in the "What's included" section* ~I pride myself on providing a clean, beautiful trailer so it will be fully disinfected, all dishes ran through dishwasher and linens will be washed before every trip! ~Pets are welcome however we ask that you do not allow them on our dinette set or our couch cushions PLEASE. ~Please return with the tanks fully flushed and emptied if you know how, otherwise leave it and we will take care of it for an extra $40 dumping fee. At the end of the day, this is our children's favorite Home Away from Home so please take care of it as if it were yours. We are more than happy to take any calls during your trip!
