Come enjoy our 2021 forest river rv! This little camper is equipped with all the essentials you will need to enjoy some family time. The kids have their own bunk area and the kitchen table folds into a bed. The queen size bed also folds up into a couch for more sitting area. It is equipped with a tv for the rainy days, too. The rv has an outdoor kitchen area with a black stone grill and mini fridge. Camper will come with the following -2 qt pan -9.5 inch skillet -Kitchen utensils -Can opener -Salt & pepper -Paper towel -Single serve coffee maker -Rv toilet paper -Pot holder -Trash can and bags -Dish and hand soap -Lawn chairs You will need to bring any extra kitchen supplies you may want and your own linens. *There will be a $75 fee added to the rental if the tanks aren't dumped regardless if you pull it or us. This can be added to the trip prior to booking if you don't plan on dumping the tanks. *$20/hr late fee if brought back after 12pm unless discussed otherwise prior to pickup *Your deposit will forfeited if any of the following occur while using the RV -SMOKING-Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the RV -PETS- NO pets are allowed inside the RV -Bodily fluids/biohazards are left for us to clean Generator can be rented for $35/night
