The Space: Bunkhouse Trailer is a 2023 Highland Trailer 26BHS, 31 FT with 1 slide out. With a full-size bunk bed (weight limit of 300 lbs), and a queen bed in the master bedroom. The dining table and sofa convert into beds as well as a full bathroom. The beautiful kitchen has a gas stove/oven, microwave, and spacious refrigerator. Outside you will find a mini fridge as well. Listen to the Bluetooth sound system indoors and outside the trailer. Master Bedroom: - Queen Bed - 2 sliding privacy doors - Storage area, outlets, wireless charging - 32" inch Smart TV - Linens provided Bunkhouse: - 1 Full-Size Bunkbed (300 LB Weight limit) - Storage underneath the bunkbed if needed - Linens provided - USB Charging ports Bathroom: - Full Bath with Shower - RV Safe Toilet Paper will be provided. MUST BE USED! Use of any other tissue, wipes, or paper towels will clog the tank and will result and damage fees. - Set of 6 Bath Towels, Washcloths, and hand towels - Cleaning supplies provided Kitchen: - Large Sink, Stovetop, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer - Plates, Cups, Utensils, Pots, and Pans - 5 Cup Drip Coffee Maker - Dish Soap, Hand towels, Oven mit - Cleaning supplies Provided - Broom & Dustpan Living And Dining Area: - 32 " inch Smart TV - DVD Player - 4 person Dining table (converts into a bed) - Sofa Bed (converts into a bed) - Linens provided Outdoor Area: - Mini Refrigerator - Storage Area Note: All renters must agree and sign our Standard Rental Agreement after booking and before the delivery date. Awning use is not allowed. No dry camping at this time. No pets allowed inside. Cleaning fee will be charged if trailer is left in an excessively dirty condition. $100 minimum for cleaning fee. Additional charges will apply for any linens, towels that need to be replaced due to pets, excessive dirt or damages. $300 minimum for unauthorized pets in trailer. Thank you
