Awesome floor plan for a family! We love it and you will too! Private queen master bedroom in the front with upgraded memory foam mattress and at the rear, cozy bunks that kids will love. Two additional hideaway beds on the couch (adult size) and dinette (kid size) offer more sleeping room if needed (will need to bring own linens, pillows and blankets if using dinette or pull out couch.) Sleeps 10 but more comfortably 6-8. The Queen bed has sheets, comforter and two pillows. Bunks will have a top sheet. (Please bring own bedding or sleeping bags for bunks and pullout sofa.)You can also bring your own linens for queen bed if you prefer. Just let me know and I will remove our stuff. Living space features 32” tv with sound at and dvd/cd and Bluetooth. Random assortment of dvd’s. Indoor/outdoor speakers to enjoy music while at the campfire or playing a round of cornhole. The fully stocked kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stove, oven and microwave. Stocked with cleaning supplies and dish soap as well. Large dinette table or fold down into comfortable day bed! Bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, q-tips, flossers, and toilet paper. It features a toilet, sink, and tub/shower. This camper is set up for the cook! Outside features a kitchen with 2 burners and a sink. If you are serious about cooking the. Request our 3 burner campchef with large griddle, Dutch oven and skillet at no extra charge. Quick connect propane line under sink. Also comes with 3 top outdoor table and 10x10 canopy. Set up your outdoor kitchen in style. After all, who wants to cook inside while camping? I just ask that you treat the camper as your own and return it in good condition. Please dump black and gray tanks before return or prepay the dump fee and I’ll gladly do it for you. Don’t worry about refilling propane or generator. This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper. Notes: Awning has been disabled due to high damage and failure rate. Trailer tows nicely - delivery also available Requires 1/2 ton truck or larger with 7 pin plug and trailer brake controller. (One is available to rent if truck not equipped.) Comes with equalizer/stabilizer hitch. Anderson leveling blocks - makes leveling the camper a breeze. Pickup time for me dropping off is set at 3pm.
