2023 Grand Design Bunkhouse *Cozy Base for Your Tahoe Getaway

Enjoy camping good times and comfort in this 2023 Grand Design Bunkhouse. If you're heading to Lake Tahoe or a nearby campground, we offer an option to deliver to your campsite and set it up for you. Or, if you are experienced with trailering and would like to self-trailer our camper, please reach out to us! Our fully-equipped bunkhouse has 21' of interior living space and all the conveniences you'll need - a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, a Roku TV, Bluetooth stereo, forced air heater, and air conditioning. The bunkhouse also offers an exterior kitchen and stereo, a couch and cozy dinette, a touch-button electric awning, and two outdoor shower hook-ups to wash off after a day of adventures. Sleeping options include a queen-size Murphy bed, a converted dinette, and spacious double-sized bunk beds. Our super quiet Honda generator is available as an add-on for the off-grid boondocking experience. Here's what's available in the trailer: Bedroom: - Fresh bedding includes sheets, pillows, and blankets (please give us a head count so we can provide what you will need). Kitchen: - Place settings suitable for 8 guests. - Pots, pans, colanders, and cooking utensils. - Cutting boards. - Drip Coffee Maker, & percolator. - 8 coffee/hot cocoa mugs. - 8 wine cups/beer koozies. - Dish soap and towels; drying mats.. - 2 rolls of paper towels. - Mini griddles. - Kettle. - Prep knives. - Trash can and garbage bags. - Scissors. - 4 Storage bowls. - Can and wine bottle openers. - 2 small flashlights. Living Area: - Assorted family games. - Roku TV with remote. Bathroom: - bathroom hand towels. - washcloths. - bath towels. - 4 rolls of RV toilet paper. - 1 bathroom trash can. - Bodywash. - Shampoo and conditioner. - Handsoap. Outdoors: - 4 outdoor chairs. - Outdoor camp table. - 1 outdoor area rug. - 1 picnic tablecloth. - 1 lantern. - 2 full tanks of propane. - Outdoor kitchen griddle cooking supplies; foil. - 2 hammocks. Other: - Cleaning supplies (bathroom cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, paper towels, broom, and dustpan). - 1 medium size collapsible trash can; garbage bags. - 30 amp shore power cord with adapters. - Water supply hose and pressure regulator. - Waste dump kit with waste hose and latex gloves. - First Aid Kit. - Fire Extinguisher. We're 25 year North Lake Tahoe locals, and know a lot about the area. Glad to help with questions about grocery stores, hiking, and biking trails, or other activities and things to do. Dogs are welcome with our per-day add-on and ask you to not leave your doggo unattended in the bunkhouse. No roof-top access. Non-paved (dirt) access campsites must be 'easy' terrain. Please treat our trailer with respect and care, and leave it clean. If there are damages, please let us know. Damage and excessive cleaning fees will be held from the deposit. Full delivery and setup service is available. This includes delivery of the trailer to your campsite, hook up, and set-up, break down, waste tank dump and return delivery. Please clean the trailer before checking out. If you decide to leave the trailer cleaning to us, you will be charged our cleaning fee. For self-trailer: Minimum half-ton vehicle (full-size truck or SUV) with proper weight distribution and sway control is required (we can supply hitch). Bumper to tongue length is 25'. Self-trailering guests are required to return the unit with waste tanks empty. Everything needed to drain the tanks before you leave your campground is included. If the camper is returned unemptied after self-trailering, a fee will be held from your deposit to cover our time/cost getting to a waste dump location.
