Family fun! Pulls easy, dry weight of trailer is 5,000lbs and GVW appx 7,500Lbs so many diesel and Full size V-8 vehicles and above will tow it without issues. Private 2 people sleeping quarters, bunk house with full size beds, fold out couch, and easy to convert dinning area to bed. Can sleep eight and top bunk has a limit weight of 275lbs. Full bathroom featuring a shower with a small tub. Everything that you need in this sleek kitchen. Ready for your family getaway! This is our home away from home so please treat our camper with care so we can continue to enjoy and share this experience with others. No smoking! Please return in same condition and cleanliness you received it with. Dump gray and black tanks before returning if not we can do it for a fee. No wild animals inside camper. House trained pets are allowed “with permission”! Do not leave awning out unattended for long periods of time (they do not like more than 7.5mph winds) Propane tank will come filled with fuel, just need to return full as well, additional fuel tanks during trip are available and or will be renters responsibility (the refrigerator can run off of electricity or propane. A/C requires generator or electric hook ups. Heater can be used on battery but battery would need to recharged if planning to use often so plug-in or generator would need to be used. Tailgating and Festivals will need approval. Pair of clean and sanitized pillows and basic linens will be provided. Most importantly, have fun and enjoy!!
